We collect your name and email address when you create an account. When you enroll in a paid course, our payment processor also collects billing details necessary to complete the transaction — we never see or store your full card details ourselves. We may also collect basic usage data (such as which courses you've accessed) to improve the platform and support your learning progress.

Your information is used to create and manage your account, process course enrollments and payments, send you course-related and transactional emails (such as enrollment confirmations), and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles from your activity on DeepLeap.

We rely on a small set of trusted third-party services to run DeepLeap: Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security policies, and we choose providers specifically for their strong security practices.

All payments on DeepLeap are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers at any point — that information is handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, for any reason. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party outside the specific service providers listed above that are necessary to operate DeepLeap.

You can request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@deepleap.in. We will process deletion requests promptly and confirm once your data has been removed from our systems.
